1. Who we are

GENCITY (gencity.id) is operated by HYBT Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, membership plan and status, and a password hash (we never store your password in plain text).
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and Stripe identifiers; we do not receive or store your card number.
• Usage data: first-party product events (pages viewed, features used) sent only to our own infrastructure. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• Emails we send: transactional only — sign-in verification codes and membership emails. No marketing email without your separate consent.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: verify your membership, sign you in, give access to the partner marketplace, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service (payment: Stripe; hosting and email delivery: Amazon Web Services; marketplace catalog: our licensed white-label partner, which receives your email solely to provision deal access). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Account records are kept while your membership is active and as required for accounting. To request deletion of your account data, contact us at the address below; we will action lawful requests within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure, secrets are held in a managed secrets store, transport is encrypted (TLS), and passwords are hashed with a modern KDF.
