Terms of Service

1. The service
GENCITY provides a membership platform: a partner deals marketplace, educational guidance, and related tools, operated by HYBT Technologies, Inc.
2. Membership and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on the terms shown at checkout (currently annual). You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account email and for keeping your password confidential. Access to member features requires an active membership.
4. Third-party offers and support model
Perk redemption and provider support are handled directly with the provider. GENCITY provides access and guidance. Third-party offers are subject to provider availability and terms. Each provider decides final eligibility under its own published criteria; GENCITY does not guarantee acceptance of any application and is not a party to your agreement with a provider.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent your identity or company details to providers, resell or share member access, scrape the marketplace, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its content and branding belong to HYBT Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners (see the Trademark notice).
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current membership period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
